We do not like the word consulting per se, as it has come to carry a connotation of a condescending approach. We feel that is more important to form a partnership and jointly decide upon and implement a solution. You know your business and needs better than anyone, which is why we refuse to push you down a hasty path. We do not believe in situational handbooks that try to assume a 'one size fits all' model. In reality, there is no such thing as a best practice, since a process can never truely be deemed to exist at the perfect end state of 'best'. Business processes and culture must constantly evolve with the winds of improvement, but what works for one, may not for another, even within the same market segment, or company for that matter. Every opportunity is unique and requires detailed attention and commitment to arrive at the optimal conclusion.
