We prefer not to use the term consulting, as it has come to carry a connotation of a condescending approach. We feel that it is more important to form a partnership and jointly decide upon and implement a solution. You know your business and its needs better than anyone, which is why we refuse to push you down a hasty path. We do not believe in situational handbooks that try to assume a one size fits all model. In reality, there is no such thing as a best practice, since every situation is influenced by subtle uniqueness. Business processes and culture must constantly evolve with the winds of improvement, but what works for one, may not work for another, even within the same market segment, or company for that matter. Every opportunity requires detailed attention and commitment to arrive at the optimal conclusion.
