This tool is great if you want to put source code on your website or forum, in full form or snippet form. Displaying code on a website is much easier that distributing the actual source code files to people who may not be involved in project development and are just curious to see what the code looks like. If you are a developer on the other hand, this tool allows you to post your code so everyone can see it without having to download your source and then look. If you are a teacher you can post solutions to programming assignments on a website. Another popular use of this tool is to make your code color printable. With a lot of editors, when you print out your code onto paper it only prints in black and white. By first converting it to a webpage, you can now print the code in color from you web browser. Also some users have told us that they convert and post source code on their personal websites and then reference it on their resumes.
